Light Rich | Tenryo’s “koshu” is brewed in the Hida district of Gifu
prefecture using Hidahomare rice. It features a mild yet
full-bodied flavor.

Dry | Great fruity aroma, rice-forward and dry. Nicely well balanced
sake.

Unfiltered | Cloudy sake called “Nigori” in Japanese. It has the
sediment of mashed rice. Rice-forward, dry and rich body.

Sweet | Clean, lightly aromatic. Delicately fruit forward, smooth
taste.

Light Rich | Using active natural micro organisms such as lactic acid
bacterium this Yamahai Junmai has been fermented and
processed with a great deal of effort.

Showing a luscious and juicy character with a nectar like
sweetness on the palate followed by a long bright finale.

To craft the ultimate Junmai Daiginjo sake, we polish
Yamada-Nishiki rice to 23%.
Delivering delicate floral aromas with a palate reminiscent
of honey and an elegant lasting finish.
